Very Good

Well appointed apartments within major roads, within minutes from Airport and township. Food outlets, stores and shopping easy access. Bed arrangements and showers were well ptesented - Thank you to the maid score her 10. Facilities adequate and fully furnished, with dryer, washing machines and dish washer

Staff shortages left us waiting over an hour for our apartment to become available. With my disable mother..we had to find seating outside hotel waiting. No milk or water. Poor house maid ran frantic and was overworked. What really disappointed us, was 3 front office staff..paraded up and down having casual chats whilst the house maid had no time out for a break or had any assistance from these staff and customers were rolling in...I am surely not for any slavery on our account. The admin staff kept on stalling us and while late checkouts are common..such organisation need to roll up their sleeves and assist. Kitchen facility lack necessary hand tools. Wifi was not free, and TV ran only indian movies..would help to understand that there are other cultures and basic news items..TV remotes deemed useless. Struggled with changing channels..

Good place to stay if arriving late in Nadi airport.

Basic room but more than adequate for an overnight stay near the airport. Room and bathroom clean and hosts helpful. We arrived on a late flight and departed early next morning for Suva so this was a good choice. Taxi from hotel to bus station in Nadi around F$12 and less from airport.

Aircon very noisy all night.

It was a short stay but I would certainly return for a longer stay.

Close to shopping, airport and other hotels. The guys at reception were very helpful on both our stay days. Rooms had all the facilities for cooking, washing, etc.

Very friendly, attentive reception staff.

Great hotel for a stop over on a business trip. If traveling for leisure I’d choose to stay elsewhere with a pool and more atmosphere.

Convenient location for an overnight stay for early morning flight, and easy to catch passing cabs off the main road. Roomy 2 bedroom apartment.

Internal door latch was broken, which then made the room not feel secure when retiring for the night. Glass balcony door was left unlocked when we arrived and it leads to a large Communal balcony with all the other rooms & occupants. Not enough lights in the apartment for the size. Very dark.

I like the washing & dryer machines. Staff were very friendly.

There should be some windows not only for view but especially for fresh air when cooking. Not enough TV channels sellections, only 3 were available abd 1 was not very clear.

The room ambiance was perfect and its cleanliness. The photos were misleading since I did not see the exercise machines which was part of the attraction on the property!..at east I did not see them on my floor (2).

Room security....I was initially put in a room with no chain lock security so I asked to be moved and appreciated they they did move me to a secure room. My security is always my highest priority.

We loved the staff. Super friendly super helpful and always there If we needed them! The Ratsun airport apartment hotel is fantastically located for people needing a stop over to and from the airport. We stayed there for a few nights as we were on a budget for our trip and it made sense before we moved to a resort. The room was great. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was brilliant! Loved the addition of having the oven and the stove top for cooking after our long days of tripping to the Fiji Islands! Just an all round great spot.

No free WiFi.

Walkable distance to restaurants, supermarkets downstairs, ATM and bus stop at front door, hotel provide cooking top, microwave, so you can cooking the meal by yourself in hotel.

Doesn't like other hotel, Ratsun doesn't provide free shuttle bus services to airport.

What was the highlight of Ratsun Nadi Airport Apartment Hotel

All the facilities I could have needed, including a washing machine that meant I could get all the laundry from my travel so far, clean and dry ready for my onward travel. The staff were super helpful and attentive. 1.5km from airport (ten Fijian dollars in a taxi). There's a shop in the mall downstairs from the hotel and a restaurant (which I was too tired to go to, within walking distance, that does locally caught fish and traditional Fijian food).

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. For my purposes it was ideal and I'd stay there again without question.

Again, such an ideal place for a stop over before catching flight the next day. Very clean modern facility, wonderful to rest in clean sheets after a hot shower, washing & dryer machine- able to use for clothes used & repack into luggage to return home next day, supermarket, bakery, ATM machines nearby/down the street - especially if arriving in Fiji first night - not all Fiji shops/restaurants have eftpos, once got handle of tv & Fiji channels- really enjoyed watching Fiji news, Pan Am swimming comps being held in Fiji. Lovely place to arrive to, & leave from for catching flights. Modern furniture & kitchen ware - excellent for a family with young children or couples (regardless of age) to rest, relax & prep before catching another flight elsewhere. As a solo traveller- truly loved the comfort & space. Excellent staff - always willing to go the extra mile if ever you need help ️

Don’t be fooled by the buildings appearance- it truly is beautiful cool & clean inside - you will see this as soon as you walk through the entrance. I believe management are looking at including a bar/restaurant for its customers - please do this as check in or check outs may not suit the time to catch flights out - & having a lounge with amenities that provide drinks, food, with lounge suites for those waiting to catch flights after checking out would really make your hotel exceptional. You have to pay for wifi - but I didn’t blink in paying this as happy to be able to access internet & keep in touch with my family back home anytime, so paying $25 was no hassle. Thank you again to the lovely staff - house staff, porter & receptionist- awesome team! ️
